    We will look at how we keep up to date with consumer trends and how we translate them into a compelling proposition to our customers. Exploring our insight streams, our innovation processes and ultimately our robust health and safety systems, we will discuss how we tie it all together to enable our teams to deliver great tasting, on trend food whilst minimising risk to our customers

    Speaker Bio:

    David forms part of the marketing team of the Business and Industry division at Compass Group and leads the charge on creating  new and exciting propositions for customers. Responsible for innovating across different customer touchpoints  from individual items on the menu to the format and design of the environment in which they are eating, David utilises robust insight sources to understand the dynamic demands of consumers. Joining Compass Group in 2013, David managed insight and innovation projects across all the UK divisions, before moving into the Business and Industry family in 2015.Prior to joining Compass Group Group, David held operational and marketing roles at retailers both big and small , so pairs this experience with his huge passion for food to bring ideas to life.
